Hero Hunk 440 Launch

The Challenge
Launch the Hunk 440 in France in a way that convinces media, creators, and prospective dealers. One day on a serious test facility. Real riding, clear story, usable content. No hype. No hiccups.
The Brief
Plan and run a turn-key event for Hero MotoCorp and GD France to launch brand and product for the French market at UTAC Mortefontaine. Handle venue compliance, guest flow, reveal, technical walk-throughs, ride sessions, and content capture. Give everyone what they came for: facts, riding time, social gathering and good assets.

The Solution
We structured the day around three essentials: a short welcome followed by a straight, hands-on walk-through of the bike’s design, ergonomics, chassis and brakes, instrumentation, and accessories; ride sessions in staggered groups on the handling loop and dynamic sections with UTAC marshals and pro riders, additional ride-outs on the public roads, with check-in, waivers, and safety briefings handled clearly and quickly so everyone got enough laps to form a real opinion; and a practical content setup with a small media bay for b-roll and stills, clean backgrounds, good light, on-site editors producing same-day selects, a rights-cleared asset pack with specs and quotes, plus all-day F&B to keep people moving.
The Outcome
French motorcycle titles left with photos, specs, and a clear story. Several posted same-week coverage using the provided assets. Creators captured solid reels and short edits on site. Dealers got enough saddle time to understand where the bike fits and how it will land with their customers. The format proved repeatable for other markets and future models.
- Operations: UTAC coordination, schedule design, radio comms, marshal planning, rider briefings, and guest flow.
- Positioning: A direct message for a French audience. Muscular urban design, approachable performance, and strong value without overclaiming.
- Experience: Balanced time across reveal, tech detail, and meaningful on-track sessions.
- Content: Same-day social selects, a press kit with stills and specs, and quotes that made writing easier.
- People: Clear roles for hosts, instructors, marshals, and media wranglers so guests always knew what came next.
